Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for developing strategic relationships at a senior level? Do you have a proven track record of driving growth and improving patient outcomes in the field of wound care?


Guided Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team in the North East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior-level NHS and private customers, driving growth and breaking down barriers in the competitive marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic proposals to NHS organizations to achieve improved patient outcomes and cost efficiencies.
  • Present our portfolio of products to achieve formulary status within NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Systems (ICS) structures.
  • Protect our business from loss of market share or formulary status through effective and creative strategies.
  • Analyze and utilize sales, marketing, and health economic data to guide our strategic and tactical approach in the region.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in wound/compression sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A demonstrable history of driving revenue growth through the development and nurturing of relationships at senior levels in the health economy.
  • Experience in securing and protecting formulary wins and successes with local ICSs by offering value-added services alongside our product portfolio.
