Job Title: Sushi Chef

We are seeking an experienced and creative Sushi Chef to join our Kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that showcase our Pan-Asian inspired menu.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Adhere to Hygiene and Safety Standards, maintaining accurate record-keeping and ensuring all ingredients are stored under ideal conditions.
  • Maintain Optimal Stock Levels, preparing all mise en place daily and ensuring everything is fresh and ready on time.
  • Recipe Precision, following our authentic recipes meticulously to guarantee each dish is prepared to perfection and in the correct quantity.
  • Presentation Excellence, ensuring every dish is beautifully garnished, portioned correctly, and presented on the designated serving dish.
  • Team Player, fostering a collaborative environment within the kitchen team and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Clean and Organized Workstation, keeping your section spotless and organized at all times.
  • Communicate Shortages, promptly informing the Sous Chef or Head Chef of any anticipated shortages to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  • Continuous Learning, attending training courses and seminars to enhance your skills and stay updated with industry trends.
