We are seeking a skilled and creative Sushi Chef to enhance our culinary experience at The Retreat, Elcot Park in West Berkshire. As a key member of our Kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes that showcase the art of sushi.

With a focus on quality and attention to detail, you will work closely with our Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service and outstanding guest experiences. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards of hygiene, health, and safety, as well as managing stock levels and mise en place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences

  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service
