We are seeking an experienced and creative Sushi Chef to join our Kitchen team at The Retreat, Elcot Park in West Berkshire.

The Retreat has undergone extensive refurbishment, transforming into a luxurious hotel with 55 bespoke bedrooms, two new restaurant concepts, and a state-of-the-art spa facility.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team at Yu, our Pan-Asian inspired restaurant, and delivering an authentic dining experience for our guests.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include maintaining optimal stock levels, preparing fresh mise en place, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
