As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing new and existing accounts, ensuring that agreed budgets are achieved and all potential for additional growth is satisfied.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and growth
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
- Identify and target business development opportunities in both home and export markets
- Negotiate new price structures for both new and existing customers
- Work closely with the Sales Director to forecast customers anticipated spend for the year and produce budgeting information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, specifically within Packaging or FMCG
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to transport across the UK and Europe where required
- Self-motivated, assertive and self-confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
