Job Title: Sales Account Manager

ProAmpac is a leading global flexible packaging company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing new and existing accounts, ensuring that agreed budgets are achieved and all potential for additional growth is satisfied.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve sales targets and growth
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Identify and target business development opportunities in both home and export markets
  • Negotiate new price structures for both new and existing customers
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to forecast customers anticipated spend for the year and produce budgeting information

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, specifically within Packaging or FMCG
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to transport across the UK and Europe where required
  • Self-motivated, assertive and self-confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
