Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Clinique. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role: As an Account Manager, you will be passionate about beauty, skincare, and makeup, with a strong desire to understand your clients' needs and provide personalized recommendations. You will be confident in speaking with customers, building rapport, and creating a memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized experience for every client.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Drive sales by promoting Clinique products, services, and events.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new launches and trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • Desire to understand clients' skin and makeup goals to recommend custom-fit routines
  • Passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking with customers, building rapport, and creating a memorable shopping experience
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
