Payroll Administrator Assistant

We are recruiting for a Part-time Payroll Administrator to work three days a week at our client's established manufacturing business in North Ayrshire. As part of our team, you will be responsible for administering payroll, processing payrolls, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Main Duties:- Complete payroll tasks from start to finish, guaranteeing timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Accurately process and input payroll data, maintain confidentiality as per company policy.
- Submit weekly payrolls, statutory year-end returns, and P60s, and process pension submissions to the company pension scheme.
- Update and maintain payroll processes to comply with PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, SPP, Pension Schemes, and CIS Returns.
- Proactively support various projects and manage employee holiday records on payroll systems.
- Act on required changes and updates to Employee Tax Coding as instructed by HMRC.
- Apply strong MS Outlook, Excel, and Word skills throughout the role.
- Flexible and adaptable approach.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Practical payroll experience.
