Job Summary
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Baskeyfield House in Stoke-on-Trent.
">As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
">Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining the cleanliness of all communal areas, offices, and the kitchen to a high standard; ">
- Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and effectively; ">
- Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site to maintain a safe environment; ">
- Maintaining stock levels, restocking as required, and ensuring equipment is used in line with guidance notes; ">
- Helping to prepare meals and drinks, following food hygiene standards, and ensuring the needs of our customers are met; ">
- Ensuring customers' privacy and dignity are maintained and respected. ">

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- A working knowledge and experience of undertaking general cleaning duties; ">
- Some experience of working in a domestic/catering environment; ">
- A Level 2 diploma in housekeeping/catering, or willingness to work towards it; ">
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills; ">
- A general understanding of health and safety in the workplace. ">
