Regional Spinal Implants Sales Lead

About the Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Spinal Implants Sales Lead to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the South West & South Wales region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue from spinal implant sales.
- Build strong relationships with Spinal Surgeons and theatre staff to drive business growth.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £45k-£60k (flexible for the right candidate).
- A performance-based bonus of up to £35k per year.
- A car allowance of £8k per year.
- A comprehensive pension scheme.
- 30 days annual leave excluding bank holidays.
