Riverside Recruitment is seeking a reliable and trustworthy Sealer Operative to join our client in Westbury. As a vital member of the production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and quantity of stock is correct on pallets and that finished pallets meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality and Quantity Assurance: Ensure correct stock layout, quantity, and quality on pallets.
- Working Independently and with the Team: Collaborate with Machine Operators and other Sealer Operatives to achieve production goals.
- Pallet Management: Safely move pallets using pallet trucks, ensuring the safety of yourself and others.
- Previous Experience in Production: Essential for this role.
- Mechanical and Practical Ability: A must for working with equipment and machinery.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure quality standards are met.
- Teamwork and Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
- Reliability and Vigilance: Hardworking, reliable, and vigilant individuals only.
