Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is resilient, willing to learn new skills, and able to develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You don't need any social care experience, but you must be able to demonstrate compassion and a caring attitude.
