Job Title: Care Companion

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Companion to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and bathing
• Provide companionship and social interaction to help reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support clients with mobility and transfer needs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to working hours
