Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

About the Role:
ROC Northwest is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Children's Residential Support Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people in a residential setting
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
• Support children and young people in their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal care
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
• Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people

Requirements:
• A UK manual driving licence is required for this role
• Ability to work long day shifts and sleep-ins as required
• A Children's Residential Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality
