About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at ROC Northwest. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives, including education, personal care, and leisure activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting the well-being and independence of our residents.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A UK manual driving licence is required to use company vehicles.
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins, and rotating shifts.
  • Desirable: Children's Residential Level 3 qualification.
