Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Weymouth and Portland CAMHS team. As a Clinical Leader, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to a multidisciplinary team, working closely with a Clinical Service Manager, Team Leads, and Consultant Colleagues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality assessment and treatment services for patients aged up to 18 years. This will involve working closely with colleagues from Social Services, Education, and other Trusts to provide joint and flexible services.

We are committed to supporting the transition of patients to adult mental health services and will work closely with the Gateway team to ensure seamless referrals. As a senior professional, you will be expected to take part in the On-call rota and contribute to the Medical Leadership Team, including Medical Education.

We offer a generous relocation package of up to £10,000 for those interested in moving to Dorset. We also welcome applicants who wish to work part-time, up to 30 hours per week.
