Job Title: Experienced Construction Project Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Construction Project Coordinator to work on a new residential development project in Chatham, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

The role involves working closely with the project team, managing timelines, and monitoring costs. A valid SMSTS, CSCS, and first aid certification are essential requirements for this position. This is a 7-month contract paying £200-230 per day.
