Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Site Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the site, including supervising subcontractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality control, and attention to detail
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and local authorities
  • Developing and implementing plans to achieve project objectives, timelines, and budgets

The estimated salary for this role is £200-230 per day, based on industry standards and location.

You will need to have a valid SMSTS certification, CSCS card, and first aid qualifications to be considered for this position.
