Facilities Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Lead to join our team at Churchill Services. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of two train depots, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cleaners to ensure targets are met and high standards of cleanliness are maintained
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Provide ongoing training and support to site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic organization, with a strong commitment to employee development and well-being. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, plus company van.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health and safety
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
