We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our construction site in Tunbridge Wells.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining facilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. You will be required to clean site cabins, canteen, and toilet areas, as well as perform other tasks as needed.

This is a temporary opportunity that will run until the end of March 2025. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £11.68-£13.10 per hour, based on industry standards for similar positions in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleanliness and maintenance of site facilities
  • Performing tasks as assigned by management
