Senior Mental Health Care Coordinator

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join our Transitional Support team in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients who have serious mental illness, providing person-centred support to help them achieve independent living.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead shifts, managing medication and delegating tasks to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Provide emotional support, encouragement, and practical assistance to residents with daily living activities.
- Take the lead during incidents, safeguarding, and complaints, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Mentor new support workers through induction, including the completion of the Care Certificate and medication training.
**Requirements:**
- G.C.S.E.s in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Detailed understanding of mental health and wellbeing challenges and the level of care and support residents may require.
- Good knowledge of how to support with referrals and assessments.
- Understanding of current approaches to mental health practice.
**What We Offer:**
