Job Title: Senior Elderly Care Nurse - Bradford Opportunity



We are working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider to appoint a Registered Nurse in a medium-sized home based in Bradford. This elderly nursing home offers first-class facilities for its residents and encourages them to live a comfortable and independent life.



Overview of the Role

The ideal candidate would have elderly care experience within a nursing home or hospital setting and good clinical practices that are up to date; however, newly qualified nurses will still be considered.



Salary and Benefits

This role offers a salary of £53,664 per annum, which is approximately £21.50 per hour plus paid breaks. The benefits package includes long service awards, a Blue Light discount card, and lots of opportunities to develop your career.

  • Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of residents
  • Working as part of a team to deliver excellent care and services
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements


Requirements


  • Qualified RGN/RMN with NMC registration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Nursing Home setting
  • Passion for delivering high-quality patient care and improving outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team


About the Location

This home is based in Bradford and can be commuted from surrounding areas, including Leeds, Halifax, Huddersfield, Wakefield, and Keighley.
