We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to support our Out Of Hours service in Devon. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts and respond swiftly and efficiently to any breakdown in the service.
This is a permanent role, working an average of 8-9 hours per week on a 3-week rolling rota. You will be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of the team, as well as other internal and external services.
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for making comfort and safety calls to patients when required. You will also provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the service.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to work independently, and has excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts
- Respond swiftly and efficiently to any breakdown in the service
- Make comfort and safety calls to patients when required
- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the service
