Clinical Care Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Care Associate to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for performing venepuncture skills, ECGs, and taking patients' observations. They will also provide high-quality clinical support to our healthcare teams, ensuring seamless patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through effective communication and empathy
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient observations and treatments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a dynamic team
