About the Role

As a Probation Service Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining community safety by assessing, managing, and supporting offenders in the community and in custody to reduce re-offending.

This challenging role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and discretion. You will work closely with offenders, undertaking intervention work to reduce re-offending, and be supervised by a Senior Probation Officer who will provide guidance and support.

What to Expect

An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post, which the Isle of Man Government will cover the cost of. Please note that a relocation package is not available for this role.
