Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, including remote customer enquiries and support
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars to ensure seamless customer service
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
