Job Summary: We are seeking a specialist business services executive assistant to support neurodivergent adults. This on-site role is perfect for someone who is eager to make a difference in others' lives and businesses, and who is open to learning new skills in areas such as web design, graphic design, or business strategy development. This role will suit a graduate in business or marketing related degrees who wants to get their teeth into something exciting and varied You’ll learn everything.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for remote customer enquiries and support
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles
  • Empathetic and patient demeanour, with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in person every day

  • Have admin/clerking experience
  • Know BSL or are willing to learn
  • Have web development skills
  • Thrive in dynamic environments and can hit the ground running
  • Have a great sense of humour
