Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Services and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for remote customer enquiries and support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients, as well as provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars, as well as provide support with additional tasks as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Organisational and Multitasking Abilities
  • Basic Marketing Skills and Understanding of Marketing Principles
  • Empathetic and Patient Demeanour, with a Customer-First Attitude
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
