Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Services and Marketing Assistant. As the primary point of contact for remote customer enquiries and support, you will be responsible for managing and responding to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for remote customer enquiries and support
  • Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Support the team with additional tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles
  • Empathetic and patient demeanour, with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in person every day

  • Have fundraising experience or are eager to learn
  • Have admin/clerking experience
  • Know BSL or are willing to learn
  • Have web development skills
