About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Business Services and Marketing Assistant to join our team at Stephanie Ward Online Business Services Ltd. As a specialist in business services, you will provide administrative support to neurodivergent adults, ensuring seamless customer service and helping them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries and support via email, phone, and video calls
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation and data entry
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles
  • Empathetic and patient demeanour, with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
