We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Services and Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting neurodivergent entrepreneurs and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including document preparation, data entry, and calendar management.
  • Manage and respond to customer enquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions.
  • Provide marketing support, including social media management and content creation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanour, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles.
