Job Description

We are seeking a specialist business services executive assistant to support neurodivergent adults. This on-site role is perfect for someone who is eager to make a difference in others' lives and businesses, and who is open to learning new skills in areas such as web design, graphic design, or business strategy development.

This role will suit a graduate in business or marketing-related degrees who wants to get their teeth into something exciting and varied. Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for remote customer enquiries and support
  • Managing and responding to emails, phone calls, and video calls from clients
  • Providing administrative support, including document preparation and data entry
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements include:

  • Basic marketing skills and understanding of marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations

Bonus points for applicants who:

  • Know British Sign Language (BSL) or are willing to learn
  • Have web development skills
