We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service and Cleaning Specialist to join our team at JD Gyms. This is a part-time position, mainly working evenings, with a competitive National Minimum Wage.
Responsibilities- Clean the gym facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with members and responding to their feedback and concerns.
- Record all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklists to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure adherence to COSHH regulations by properly using and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry is desirable.
- JD Discount card at all JD affiliates.
- Annual Leave Scheme.
