Join Our Offshore Sailing Programme

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to support our offshore sailing programme, working with young people to develop their skills and confidence at sea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of our offshore sailing programme, working with young people to develop their sailing skills and confidence.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of our vessels, ensuring they are safe and seaworthy.
  • Contribute to the development of our youth development programme, working with our team to design and deliver engaging and challenging activities.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our programme, including planning, preparation, and delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience of working with young people, preferably in a sailing or maritime context.
  • Appropriate qualifications or experience for the particular role, including sailing qualifications and first aid certification.
  • Ability to gain clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) or equivalent check.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fit for sea environments, with the ability to gain an ENG1 or ML5 medical certificate.
