Join Our Offshore Sailing Programme

We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals to support our offshore sailing programme as relief crew members. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and success of our sailing expeditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the skipper and crew in maintaining the safety and well-being of all on board.
  • Assist with navigation, sailing, and maintenance of the vessel.
  • Participate in youth development and sailing activities, promoting the values of the Marine Society and Sea Cadets.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the programme, working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sailing, youth development, or a related field.
  • Appropriate qualifications or certifications for the role.
  • Ability to gain a clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Fit for sea environments, with the ability to obtain an ENG1 or ML5 medical certificate.
