Overview:
We are in search of a proficient and experienced Vehicle Technician to become a part of our client's primary dealership.

The successful applicant will be tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician, as our client consistently has ample work and offers a leading commission structure. This position necessitates a solid comprehension of automotive systems along with the capability to utilize diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint and rectify intricate issues.

The ideal candidate should possess a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a dedication to providing top-notch workmanship. A minimum qualification of level 2 is required, with main dealer experience being advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical problems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Employ diagnostic tools and software to identify and address complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts utilized.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle concerns and repair suggestions.
- Uphold a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies and repair methodologies.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a vehicle technician.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- MOT license is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
