We are looking for a proficient and knowledgeable Vehicle Technician to work with our client's primary dealership. The successful applicant will take on the responsibility of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a diverse range of vehicles.

Opportunity:
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Technician, as our client consistently has a high volume of work and offers a competitive commission structure. The position necessitates a solid understanding of automotive systems, along with the capability to utilize diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues.

Ideal Candidate:
The perfect candidate will possess a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles and a dedication to providing exceptional quality in their work. A minimum qualification of level 2 is required, with experience in a main dealership being advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and rectify vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical problems.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Employ diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint and address complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts utilized.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle concerns and repair suggestions.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and repair methodologies.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a vehicle technician.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software.
- MOT license is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
