We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytical Chemist to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions. This exciting opportunity will see you lead and manage laboratory activities, train and develop junior analysts, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
About the Role- This Senior Analytical Chemist position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting your extensive experience and expertise in Analytical Chemistry.
- Lead and Manage Laboratory Activities: Take ownership of laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity are maintained.
- Train and Develop Junior Analysts: Provide guidance, training, and support to junior analysts, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Contribute to Business Growth: Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- A relevant degree in Chemistry or a related discipline is essential for this role.
- Proven industry experience in an Analytical Chemistry Laboratory is also required.
