Job Overview

About the Role
  • This Senior Analytical Chemist position offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting your extensive experience and expertise in Analytical Chemistry.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and Manage Laboratory Activities: Take ownership of laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity are maintained.
  2. Train and Develop Junior Analysts: Provide guidance, training, and support to junior analysts, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
  3. Contribute to Business Growth: Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A relevant degree in Chemistry or a related discipline is essential for this role.
  • Proven industry experience in an Analytical Chemistry Laboratory is also required.
