Complex Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, with dignity and respect.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Administer and document medication, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
  • Document care activities through our app and report any changes in conditions to our branch teams.
  • Offer companionship and support to clients, promoting their wellbeing and building trusting relationships.
