Job Overview
WeAreTechWomen is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Associate to join our team. As an Asset Management Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch financial services. Your primary responsibility will be to execute key risk and control processes to ensure compliance with non-financial regulatory reporting obligations.

Main Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include consulting on business and functional projects to facilitate compliant commercial activity, owning client relationships with a focus on excellent client regulatory service, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders in the business, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to support reporting functions. You will also delve into complex system infrastructure to understand the impact of data flows and booking models on reporting quality and leverage data analytical and automation tools to detect anomalies in reporting data and improve reporting processes.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree with 3.5 years of experience in financial services. Working knowledge of financial markets, regulatory landscape and associated processes is essential. You should also have working knowledge of financial, operational, reputational risk and financial products, e.g., bonds, equities, etc. Additionally, project management and business analysis skills are an advantage, as is interest in data analysis, process automation, big data or non-technical process efficiencies.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
