Role Overview

The Regulatory Reporting Change Analyst will play a key role in implementing Basel 3.1, working closely with Data and IT teams to manage data requirements and develop a calculator to support quantification pre-implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of Basel 3.1 regulatory reporting
  • Collaborate with Data and IT teams to ensure smooth data management and system migrations
  • Design and develop a Basel 3.1 calculator to facilitate quantification
  • Support the translation of Basel 3.1 into a strategic activity, considering risks and controls
  • Assist with wider regulatory-related activities, such as ICAAP and ILAAP
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in credit risk prudential reporting
  • Experience in regulatory reporting change projects as a business analyst
  • Proven ability to redesign existing Excel solutions to simplify and automate
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce monthly management information and present verbally
  • Data literacy and analytics capability
  • Understanding of financial control environments and control design
