At Seven Investment Management LLP, we are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist to lead our financial regulatory reporting efforts. This role will require close collaboration with our Head of External Reporting, Financial Controller, CFO, CEO, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong subject matter expertise on relevant regulatory rules and stay up-to-date on regulations impacting financial reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit FCA regulatory returns and regulatory capital guidance in a timely manner.
  • Conduct financial regulatory risk assessments and lead on the production of the ICARA under IFPR, presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Model regulatory and liquid capital, wind-down scenarios, and stress tests for regulated entities.
  • Develop and implement capital planning strategies for the regulatory group.
  • Prepare and maintain cashflow reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational needs.
  • Provide key monthly metrics for internal management reporting.
  • Lead on shareholder and major debt provider reporting.
  • Conduct technical reviews of Annual Financial Statements for corporate entities.
  • Support the financial due diligence process for future acquisitions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting, including audits and external tax filings.

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of FCA regulatory reporting, including ICARA preparation.
  • IFRS and accounts preparation knowledge is preferred.
  • Tax knowledge, including LLP and Corporate, would be an asset.

Skills/Other relevant information

  • IPRU/MIPRU reporting experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively manage projects.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
  • Strong technical expertise.
  • Strong communication ability with internal and external parties.
  • Good time management and prioritisation.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage and deliver under tight deadlines.
