About the Role

Acuity Care Group Limited seeks an exceptional Customer Service and Care Professional to join our team. This rewarding role involves supporting individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.

We require a highly motivated and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with our service users. A full UK driving license is essential, as you will be responsible for transporting clients safely.

This position demands flexibility, with rotating shifts covering 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am. We focus on delivering high-quality care, ensuring a supportive environment that encourages independence and overall well-being.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Deliver personalized support to individuals with diverse needs, prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
  2. Contribute to creating a safe and stimulating environment that promotes engagement and participation.
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  4. Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care provision.

Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions.
  • A valid full UK driving license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and understanding approach.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evening and weekend rotations.
