Job Opportunity: Business Improvement Specialist

FloQast Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Improvement Specialist to join our team in Central London.

About the Role:

  • Analyze sales cycle data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of accounting systems, including cloud storage partners.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of industry accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Close Management Software, ERPs, and other financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various communication methods.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days paid annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional perks.
