About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Manager to join our team at haart Estate Agents in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading daily meetings, coaching the team to achieve KPIs, and monitoring individual team member performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
  • Encouraging team development and progression
  • Generating new and repeat business
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and communities
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to the branch
  • Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Basic IT skills

What We Offer

  • Complete on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year
  • £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
  • £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment
