As a Lettings Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bracknell, you will play a key role in leading our Lettings team to achieve outstanding results. Your primary focus will be on coaching and mentoring your team to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
What You'll Enjoy:
- Competitive on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year
- Basic salary of £20,000 to £32,000, dependent on experience
- £2,500 welcome bonus for your first 3 months of employment
- Uncapped commission opportunities
- BMW 1 Series Company Car
- Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course, earning a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA)
A Day in the Life:
- Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss progress and set goals
- Coaching and mentoring team members to achieve KPIs and improve performance
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, including one-to-one meetings
- Encouraging team development and progression, while maintaining a strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service
- Liaising with tenants to arrange property viewings and meet their needs
