As a Lettings Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bracknell, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of lettings professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the face of our business, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss sales targets, customer feedback, and operational performance
- Coach and develop the skills of your team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them improve
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service
- Ensure that our business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ability to create and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Basic IT skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary and on-target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year
- £20,000 to £32,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- £2,500 for your first 3 months of employment
- Uncapped commission
- BMW 1 Series company car
- Enrolment onto a fully-funded training course to earn a Level 3 Award in Property and Housing Management (including ARLA)
