Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and prepare designs for building services, ensuring seamless execution.
  2. Site-supervise building services installations, ensuring compliance and quality.
  3. Contribute to health and safety plans, ensuring a safe working environment.
  4. Execute troubleshooting exercises to optimize energy consumption and internal conditions.
  5. Prepare planned maintenance specifications, schedules, and reports.
  6. Oversee energy strategies and Part L compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  7. Manage the building services team's delivery, ensuring timely completion.
  8. Develop business opportunities to meet the needs of the building services engineering team.
  9. Financially manage and report on building services team appointments, including invoicing and debtors.
  10. Undertake day-to-day management of team HR issues, with support from the HR function.
  11. Conduct performance reviews for team members, ensuring growth and development.
  12. Participate in the development of individual team members, including advancement planning.
  13. Manage and supervise staff, including Associate Directors, ensuring their training and development needs are met.
  14. Ensure client satisfaction and project deadlines are met.
  15. Contribute to business development and promote the Company's interests.
