Job Title: Exercise Program Manager

  We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Exercise Program Manager to lead our team and drive results.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective exercise programs that meet the needs of our customers.
  2. Lead a team of fitness professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Maintain high standards of health and safety, implementing procedures to prevent accidents.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Hold a REPS level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Have proven leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar role.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, staff, and partners.
Salary and Benefits:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including competitive salary, bonuses, and opportunities for career advancement.
