We are looking for an exceptional NPI Program Development Manager to join our team at Siemens Healthineers Magnet Technology. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to develop new processes and equipment for our NPI Program. Key requirements include a Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related subject, or extensive equivalent experience. Relevant experience includes Launch Engineer, New Product Introduction, Project Engineer, Manufacturing Technology Engineer, Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Cryogenic Engineer, or similar. The estimated salary range for this position is £55,000-£75,000 per annum.
