Teaching Assistant for ASD Children

Axcis Education Recruitment has partnered with a special school in Solihull to find a qualified teaching assistant. The successful candidate will work with children aged 4-5 years in the reception class, who have complex Autism and require additional support.
Responsibilities will include developing and implementing educational plans, supporting children's learning and behaviour, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with ASD, and be familiar with the EYFS curriculum.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements include:
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to undergo a new one
- Minimum of 2 good references
